I recently had the pleasure of staying at Landgasthof Hotel Rössli during the Easter holiday, and my experience was nothing short of delightful. The spacious room we occupied boasted a lovely balcony with breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains, which made for a perfect morning coffee setting. Breakfast was a highlight, offering a variety of options including eggs cooked to your preference, a true feast for the senses that left us energized for a day of exploring. Despite the on-site restaurant being closed for dinner, we were directed to a wonderful alternative just across the street—a testament to the attentive service from the lovely owners, Markus and Susy, whose warm hospitality made us feel right at home. This charming guesthouse, just a short drive from Lucerne, strikes a perfect balance between comfort and rustic charm, and I would not hesitate to return. For anyone seeking authentic Swiss hospitality amid stunning landscapes, I highly recommend Landgasthof Hotel Rössli.
